Questions

What happens to my printed QR if I change a price?

Nothing — the code points to your menu's address, not to today's prices. Change a price and reprint nothing.

Do I need an account?

Yes — it’s the first thing you do, and it’s free. You sign in, we read your menu, and the account is what lets you come back later to change a price or add a dish.

What if I don't have a photo of my menu?

Start from a blank menu and type in your dishes instead — most owners have a handful in within a minute.

Can guests order or pay?

No. It's a menu, not an ordering system — guests see dishes and prices, then order at the counter or with a server, same as with paper.

What if my internet is down?

The menu is hosted, not run from your café's Wi-Fi — a guest's phone loads it over their own connection regardless of yours.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Settings. No minimum term, no call required.
